De Edge Next Consulting
About Us

About Us

DeEdge Next Inc. promotes and develops the practice of sustainable strategic change where the uniqueness of our approach is routed in the belief that the traditional education system and management learning processes expose our current leadership, which very often proves to be invalid. It is based on assumptions of cost efficiency, production effectiveness, and consistency in performance are sustainable.

Rawlinson 'Rawle' Agard

Rawlinson Agard, the founder of DeEdge Next, postulates that the company’s consulting approach seeks to support people in discovering new ways of learning and the application of these to various aspects of their life. He theorizes that ‘DeEdge Next’ symbolizes the point where education stops, and learning begins. “Learning can only be the result of action”. Most organizations have generally lost the art of learning and even more, learning collectively.

By drawing from its faculty of consultants, DeEdge Next enjoys access to a world-class team that comprises a unique set of individuals with unrivaled knowledge. The faculty can partner with organizations/individuals in the delivery of outstanding business performance. They possess ‘process consulting’ experience with in-depth organizational learning and enduring insightful change skills in the specific principles and practices that allow people to create new possibilities and effectively generate breakthrough results.
